About Delta Omega Epsilon Fraternity Inc.

Brotherhood, Leadership, and Service Since 1985

A History of Brotherhood & Growth

Founded on April 15, 1985, at the College of Staten Island, Delta Omega Epsilon began as a co-ed fraternity led by Bro. Richard Palestri and Bro. Sal Leon. With the support of Bro. Seth Meyerson and Bro. Gilbert Rivera, we later established our sister sorority, Sigma Omega Epsilon
Sorority Inc.
Today, we are a growing presence in Upstate New York, with six chapters and plans for expansion.

Milestones & Achievements

Since its founding in 1985 as the first Greek organization at the College of Staten Island, Delta Omega Epsilon has been rooted in the values of Dedication, Determination, and Discipline. From the establishment of the Beta Chapter in 1995 to the Theta Chapter in 2012, our brotherhood has continuously grown in strength, impact, and commitment. As we celebrate 40 years of service in 2025, we remain devoted to leadership, community excellence, and the professional development of our members. Through mentorship, networking, and skill-building opportunities, we equip the next generation of leaders to thrive both within our fraternity and in their careers.Since its founding in 1985 as the first Greek organization at the College of Staten Island, Delta Omega Epsilon has been rooted in the values of Dedication, Determination, and Discipline.
