1. Our History
Delta Omega Epsilon Fraternity Inc. was founded at the College of Staten Island on April 15, 1985, by Brothers Richard Palestri and Sal Leon, along with 25 others. Originally co-ed, the fraternity helped establish its sister sorority, Sigma Omega Epsilon, in 1994. Since then, we have expanded across Upstate New York and beyond.
